What is the difference between this and therapy?

Therapy typically focuses on understanding your history through conversation. This work goes directly into the subconscious mind — where patterns were formed — and transforms them at the root. Many clients do both. The key difference: we're not just building awareness of patterns, we're actively shifting them.

How is this different from regular coaching?

Most coaching works at the level of goals and accountability. This work uses hypnotherapy, NLP, and guided inner work to access the subconscious layer where beliefs, emotional responses, and identity patterns live.

Do you offer hypnotherapy?

Yes. Hypnotherapy is a core method I use. You enter a deeply focused, relaxed state where we work directly with the subconscious mind. You remain aware and in control throughout.

Do you work online or in person?

Sessions are primarily online via Zoom. In-person available upon request at my Los Angeles office (15003 Victory Blvd Suite 201, LA 91411). Virtual sessions are equally effective.

Who is this work best suited for?

Self-aware, high-functioning individuals who sense something deeper is driving their patterns and are ready to work with it directly.

How many sessions does it take?

It depends. Some experience significant shifts in 1–3 sessions. Others work together longer for deeper, layered patterns. We'll discuss during your consultation — no pressure and no rigid requirements.

What happens during a consultation?
